Abergower has been working with one of our long standing clients over the last few months to receive, capture and process customer enquiry and feedback forms for a Government Agency. This work involves the daily receipt of forms into our offices where they are sorted by campaign type, checked, scanned and data captured to our 99.98% accuracy standards.

We have processed over 29,000 responses in the last three weeks and the campaign has been so successful that our client is ramping up their campaigns to triple the expected responses in the next few months.
